Foundation Screw/Pile Installation

IDF builds a heavy duty foundation screw drilling tool that can insert foundation screws/pilings in any surface. Screw piles, sometimes referred to as screw anchors, screw-piles, helical piles, and helical anchors are a steel screw-in piling and ground anchoring system used for building deep foundations. Load required is based on numerous structural and environmental conditions and must conform with building code. The depth of the pile is based off torque met which is established in the engineered drawings.

Custom Power Units

IDF manufactures customer power units that are fully enclosed and weatherized,  equipped with full flow return filtration and cooling with electric shutters and an oil heater for cold weather operation and had six fully adjustable hydraulic circuits.

The units are electrically powered and included a PLC to control operation of pumps, cooling and heating systems and safety interlocks such as over temp which would alarm and shut the unit down.

Also included were fork lift pockets and swivel hoist rings at each corner to allow placement by either a lift truck or crane.

Gopher Remediation

IDF builds gopher control units that control industrial size gopher remediation requirements. The exhaust gas from a gas motor, that drives a compressor, is routed through a set of cooling coils into the intake ports of the compressor. Pressurized exhaust gas is then injected into burrows using multiple probes or hose extensions, and controls gophers or other varmints without using any poisons.

IDF can build smaller units that can control smaller areas, or industrial size units that can be used for major operations.

Electric Drive Power Unit

50 HP electric drive power unit is part of our standard line up of equipment. They are designed  to operate any single IDF accessory such as the pictured booster pumps. The unit is electrically powered and features a pressure and flow compensated pump, full flow return line filtering and cooling of the oil.

Designed as a portable unit it has a rugged frame with forklift pockets and swivel hoist rings at each corner to facilitate un-loading, loading  and placement of the unit on job site. Units can be ordered for 50 Hz. or 60 Hz. Operation for use worldwide, we can also supply a gas or diesel driven unit if requested. Hydraulic output is 30 GPM @ up to 2,500 PSI

Pond Skimmer

The growth of hydraulic fracturing operations across North America is on the increase. IDF manufactures pond skimmers for industrial applications such as for recovering oils from fracking ponds, steel mills, mines, power generation plants and other manufacturing facilities. The skimmers were originally used in the waste pond operation to manage wastewater, and has also been used for other industrial processes where oils may become introduced into water. In the case of the oil and gas industry, recovery and sale of those products have become common.

Standard Tank Cleaning

We manufacture a standard tanker wash system that is suitable for cleaning of the general purpose over the road tankers that are used to carry a variety of commodities. These modular machines generally contain all the equipment and controls required for a single wash system which is configured to provide two cleaning spots allowing the operator to wash multiples of like type tankers at the same time. The powerful “closed loop” wash system features two fully insulated process tanks coupled to a high volume, high pressure centrifugal pump to deliver the wash and rinse solutions to the tanker(s) being washed.
